Great Improvements!

This is WAY better than the first one (and that's saying a lot since I really enjoyed Learn How to Fly 1)

More Upgrades + More Features = More Fun

The rating should go up to like 4.40+ pretty soon. I won't be surprised if this gets the weekly feature.

Very Nice

The further I climbed up the stage, the more depressing it seemed to be. Life happens so fast and this showed that there are good and bad things that will happen to us in the future.

Very nice job though. It would be very interesting if you could choose a path to change what your life will be like such as a successful rich man/woman, an outlaw, etc. (Like what someone else below me said in their review)

Speaking of genders, if you plan to make a sequel, why don't you make a gender option?

lol Nice game.

Good job on upgrading the sequel to have more features, a GIANT amount of medals, and a wider array of upgrades. It's a simple yet unique concept you wouldn't find in any other game.

Kudos on your style of humor and for scaring the crap out of me :)

Great

You made a very fun shooting game. The only thing you need to do is add online multiplayer support. This game definitely needs it!

Mega Clone

I really liked this clone, but it felt a little bit too easy for me. You were a bit generous on the power ups & recovery items. i noticed that some of the spikes seemed to be covered up so you won't be able to hit them unless you're not that cautious of them. (Maybe make a difficulty setting like Mega Man 10?)

Playing with Tank Man and Mega Man was fun, but do you think you can add the Charge Shot? (Even if you don't like it)

I liked the idea you came up with Portal Man and I can't wait to see the next Robot Masters.

The enemies and obstacles were fine as well but I noticed that the stage was...well not exactly Portal Man's "theme" if you know what I'm talking about.

Last is the music. Still Blastin' is probably the best Mega Man related music I've ever listened to, but it didn't seem to go well on Portal Man's stage for me. If you design a stage with some kind of theme or something else, that would be great.

I can't wait to see more from you :)

Lambtaco responds:

I'm a little confused about your first paragraph. There is a difficulty setting, and it sounds like you were playing on easy mode.

If a few more people ask me to put in charge shot, I might. But for now I'll stand my ground. Maybe megaman will get the charge shot and tankman will get something different.

I don't know that I'll be making any more robot masters. From the weapons you can guess what they might be.

I just sort of made the stage I felt like making. I also wanted it to feel like a more general megaman stage, Portal Man would require a more gimmicky stage. If I made a full 8 master game, I'd probably design eight stages of varied themes and then decide which robot masters fit the stages, maybe slightly changing the graphics.

The audio portal really lacks original megaman style music. I wanted the stage them to be an original piece and not just a remix. Still Blastin' is partially what inspired me to make the game so I thought I'd return the favour and use it in the game. If I made a full game I'd probably use music made by Kevvviiinnn on Youtube. His stuff is great.

Thanks for the comprehensive review.

Unique Defense Game

Usually, most defense games would just have you send/build some kind of machine/people to fight the enemy. This one makes you actually click the enemies to defeat them. The music was great for this game as well.

Time for a secret :D
When on the screen where you buy upgrades, click on the top right corner of the screen, above Money. That's how you get the Secret Medal.

Different...

I haven't played anything like this before. It can use some more enemies and maybe some more achievement. Medals would also be a nice addition.

- Get a combo streak of 50
- Get all achievements
- Get all upgrades
- Get 100%

Those are just some medal suggestions.

Kudos on the music importer

The only thing that confused me was the pattern of the rockets. Were they suppose to come in to the rhythm or the music or just pop out randomly?

Coolio-Niato responds:

They explode on the music :)

Laggy

It was somewhat laggy for my cpu which isn't good since it's fast. I would fix any possible glitches that may happen *The cpu got the puck stuck in a corner D:*

RHY3756547flash responds:

Yes, I'm currently working on that. :)

Howdy. This is Bramblefang's account. I don't make flash movies or games, but I am always willing to review a game that you or someone else have made.
